Can I request a specific vehicle or driver?
Absolutely. If you’ve had a great experience with a specific chauffeur or want a particular vehicle like our Cadillac Escalade, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Is a deposit required when I book?
Yes, we typically require a 30% deposit to confirm your ride. This allows us to reserve the vehicle and chauffeur specifically for you. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of your ride.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. We offer flexible rescheduling and a fair cancellation policy. Just reach out directly at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll make it right.
Do you serve O’Hare and Midway airports?
Yes, we provide premium curbside and meet-and-greet service at both O’Hare and Midway. Just select your pickup preference when you book.
